La GX Fashion Week 2025 ha trasformato Milano in un vortice di emozioni e stile, una notte in cui la moda non ha semplicemente sfilato, ma ha conquistato l’eternità. Nei Chiostri di San Barnaba, lo spazio rinascimentale si è fatto tempio di un rito collettivo che ha celebrato la grandezza della creatività internazionale, lasciando il pubblico in lacrime e i critici senza parole. A suggellare l’apertura della serata, le parole di Gentiana Dervishi, anima dell’evento, hanno commosso tutti: “Quello che abbiamo vissuto è stato molto più di una sfilata: è stata un’esperienza spirituale. Dall’Albanian Design Academy sono arrivate interpretazioni altrettanto potenti e cariche di identità: Ezgi Özalan ha incantato la platea con creazioni che sembravano stratificazioni dell’anima, forza e fragilità fuse in un equilibrio misterioso, ogni abito un enigma poetico che trasformava il tessuto in emozione; Klarisa Vulaj ha sorpreso con linee grafiche e contrasti che hanno ridisegnato la percezione dello spazio, creando architetture dinamiche e prospettive nuove, un manifesto di audacia capace di lasciare un segno indelebile; Denisa Paca ha conquistato con un linguaggio ibrido e visionario, un mosaico ipnotico di suggestioni e materiali che mutava a ogni sguardo, trasformando la passerella in un caleidoscopio vibrante e inafferrabile. Dall’oriente Sora Watanabe ha orchestrato il successo della sua collezione con un team super specializzato composto da sarti, fotografi, videomaker e coreografi, ognuno essenziale per il risultato straordinario della GX Fashion Week. Sora ha trasformato i tradizionali kimono giapponesi in eleganti abiti senza tagliare né danneggiare il tessuto, valorizzando l’armonia tra tradizione giapponese e moda contemporanea. Conservando la forma e lo spirito originali del kimono, ha creato design innovativi che hanno celebrato sia il patrimonio culturale sia l’individualità di chi li indossava. Il suo concetto, noto come “Kimono Dress”, ha ricevuto elogi per l’approccio rispettoso alla tradizione e per l’appeal contemporaneo. Subito dopo, Nina Tsiklauri, georgiana con anima italiana, ha conquistato la scena con il suo marchio Unique Milano, presentando creazioni gioiello che fondevano magistralmente la purezza della tradizione sartoriale italiana con un linguaggio contemporaneo audace e sofisticato, trasformando ogni modello in un capolavoro di eleganza e poesia, confermandosi come uno dei nomi più raffinati e visionari dell’intera manifestazione. Opening the evening, the words of Gentiana Dervishi, the soul of the event, moved everyone: “What we experienced was far more than a fashion show: it was a spiritual journey. Every designer gave us a piece of their soul, transforming fabric into pure emotion. The applause was not noise, it was heartbeats, tears shouting gratitude. From the East, Sora Watanabe orchestrated the success of her collection with a highly specialized team of tailors, photographers, videographers, and choreographers, each essential to the extraordinary outcome of GX Fashion Week. Sora transformed traditional Japanese kimonos into elegant dresses without cutting or damaging the fabric, highlighting the harmony between Japanese tradition and contemporary fashion. Preserving the original form and spirit of the kimono, she created innovative designs celebrating both cultural heritage and the individuality of each wearer. Her concept, known as the “Kimono Dress,” received praise for its respectful approach to tradition and contemporary appeal. Immediately following, Nina Tsiklauri, a Georgian with an Italian soul, conquered the stage with her brand Unique Milano, presenting jewel-like creations that masterfully fused the purity of Italian sartorial tradition with a bold and sophisticated contemporary language, transforming each piece into a masterpiece of elegance and poetry, establishing herself as one of the most refined and visionary names of the entire event.
The backstage was masterfully directed by Alessia Xhafa with the support of the entire APS Showteam, now established experts in transforming every detail into wonder and harmony, ensuring the flawless execution of every moment behind the scenes. The makeup artists were the pulsating heart of the spark of beauty that lit up the runway, guided by Alex Radulescu and bringing to life the marvelous creations of Dea Marchetti, Greta Presentino, Sefora Lazarut, Larissa Petrosanu, Tina Sobudi, Sonia Manfra, Misha Ela, and Sachie Kishihara, turning every face into a work of light and style.
